2Order Placement & Phone Verification

When placing an order, you must provide accurate and verifiable customer information including your full legal name, an active Bangladeshi mobile number (01XXXXXXXXX), and a complete delivery address.

To minimize fraudulent and undeliverable orders, MultiFashion BD reserves the right to call or send an SMS to your provided phone number to confirm your order details prior to dispatch. Orders with unreachable phone numbers or invalid addresses may be canceled.

3Cash on Delivery (COD) Obligations

By confirming your order, you make a binding commitment to receive the parcel and settle the total payable amount in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) in cash upon delivery by our authorized courier agent.

Refusing delivery at the doorstep without a legitimate defect causes substantial logistics costs. Customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed parcels without justification may be blacklisted from future Cash on Delivery privileges.

4Pricing, Availability & Visual Accuracy

All prices displayed on the website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery charges are calculated dynamically based on your designated delivery district (৳70 inside Dhaka Metro, ৳130 outside Dhaka). Free delivery applies automatically to orders subtotaling ৳2,500 or more.

While we take extreme care to capture accurate studio photographs of our garments, slight color variations may occur due to device screen calibrations and studio lighting conditions.

57-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We provide a customer-first 7-Day Exchange Policy from the date of physical parcel delivery.

• Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and possess all original price and brand tags attached.
• Exchanges for sizing issues or color preference are subject to current inventory availability.
• If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, damaged seams, or incorrect size shipped, MultiFashion BD will cover the replacement courier fee in full.
• For preference-based size swaps where the shipped product matched the order accurately, the customer covers the return courier fee.

6Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
